Agreement

These terms apply to Pixel Patch ("the app"), a pixel-art colouring game developed by MH creative ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

The app is free to download. Some pictures and packs are open from the start; others carry an AD badge and open after you watch a short video. Anything unlocked that way stays unlocked on that device — we will not take it back or ask you to watch again.

Premium subscription

Premium unlocks every pack and picture, removes all ads, and includes new content as it is added. It is an auto-renewing subscription, offered in two lengths:

Prices are shown in the app before you confirm anything, in your local currency, and may differ by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price for the plan you chose.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device; the Manage subscription row in the app's Profile screen opens the same place. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the period you have already paid for runs to its end, and Premium keeps working until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple, not from us. Unused portions of a period are not refunded when a subscription is cancelled.

Free trials, where offered, convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it.

Restoring purchases

A subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to a device. On a new device, or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases in the Profile screen to bring it back. You will not be charged twice.

Your progress

Coloured pictures, unlocked content and settings are stored on your device only. We keep no copy, so deleting the app deletes them, and we cannot restore them for you.

Content and ownership

The pictures, artwork, code and name of the app belong to us. You may colour them, screenshot your own finished pictures, and share those screenshots freely. You may not extract, redistribute or resell the artwork itself, or use it to build another product.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, decompile or otherwise interfere with the app, or to unlock paid content by circumventing the App Store.

Availability and changes

We add new pictures over time and may change or retire parts of the app. We try to keep everything working, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
